Gypsum perforated sound-absorbing ceilings

PRODUCT INFORMATION

  Introduction

Perforated gypsum acoustic board refers to the combination of cylindrical holes through the front and back of the gypsum board, the back of the gypsum board with breathable backing material and acoustic material that can absorb the incident sound energy.
Perforated gypsum sound-absorbing board has cylindrical holes through the front and back of the gypsum board, and is made by pasting the back cover material with air permeability and sound-absorbing material that can absorb the incident sound energy on the back of the gypsum board. The mechanism of sound absorption is that there are a large number of tiny connected pores inside the material, and the sound wave along these pores can penetrate into the inside of the material, and the friction effect of the material will transform the sound energy into heat energy.
The sound absorption characteristics of porous acoustic material is with the frequency of the increase in the absorption coefficient gradually increased.
